Counselling and psychotherapy give you the chance to talk things through and explore the problems that are causing you distress or preventing positive change in your life. It can help with a wide range of issues including relationship problems, bereavement, anxiety, stress, depression, abuse and addiction. Counselling and psychotherapy provide a uniquely supportive, non-judgmental and confidential space.
I have an MSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy and practice an integrative approach which draws on a range of healing traditions including mindfulness, Focusing and Ecotherapy.
