Affordable counselling and psychotherapy in Exeter

I offer affordable counselling and psychotherapy in Exeter because I believe that quality therapy should be available to whoever needs it. I’m a member of Psychotherapists and Counsellors for Social Responsibility, an organisation that campaigns on issues of accessibility to therapy. I charge on a sliding scale between £45 and £55 per session. However, our first introductory session costs £20. This provides you with the opportunity to talk about what’s troubling you and to get a sense of how it would be to work with me. There’s no obligation to continue after that if it doesn’t feel right for you.

Therapeutic Coaching, which is usually short-term, is charged at the same rate per session.
